It’s been a long holiday. Yeh it is.

In Al de Baran, ROME continues its determination to obtain a level 100 castle via Hohensyubangawoo. Apparently Hohensyubangawoo now stands as one of the two “not-broken-yet” castles in mRO, the other being Payon’s Honglou (MEGA-NEO).

Battle-wise, our visitors for today are mostly NEO-I (it seems that they’re a regular of Hohen now, being back to get their does of punishments every 2-3 minutes average). Another interesting highlight is the formation of the guild(s) M E M O R I E S, whose membership consisted of mostly former KAOSians. At present they’re seemed as cooperating with NC and All4One and were found fighting in Honglou and Hohensyubangawoo. Will they be able to threaten MEGA-NEO’s dominance of Honglou? Will they be able to topple ROME’s hold of Hohensyubangawoo? They have the potential; we’ll just to sit (or defend) and wait.

Within mRO itself, there are talks that the the pay-to-play (e.g. mRO Balder and eRO Sara) servers will see a significant decline in population with the advent of the incoming free-to-play server. For now, this would be mere speculations, although it’s interesting to see how it’ll turn up once the new server opens. If such decline was imminent, maybe we’re looking at another merge? Or will this be the final nail on the coffin?

Whatever the outcome is, it is a fact that Balder’s population is decreasing; and I believe it’ll keep decreasing in a few month’s time. Perhaps it’s time to look forward to greener pastures (e.g. high population servers); frankly speaking, I can see the pointlessness of recording the same set of videos of guilds getting trashed over and over again in the emperium room (no offense!). Time to record some fresh battles; and maybe jumping to another server would do just that? Who knows!
